Experienced physiotherapist providing expert advice, treatment and patient-centred exercise therapy for a variety of sport and work-related injuries,
post-operative rehabilitation, weakness or pain.
I qualified as a Physiotherapist in 1994 from Brighton University and went on to specialise as a 'musculoskeletal' physiotherapist working in a variety of hospitals and going on to gain my MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Healthcare from Keele University.
I have a broad experience of working in a variety of settings with a wide range of patients from rugby clubs to elderly care homes and have gained a wealth of experience providing NHS Physiotherapy Services for a number of Medical Practices in Shropshire for the past 15 years.
I use a variety of hands-on therapies and rehabilitation techniques, drawing from disciplines such as Yoga, Pilates, McKenzie and Maitland therapies, working to rebalance the body and regain control and function.
I have special interest and extensive experience in post injury and post operative rehabilitation - work related and sport specific; Spinal injuries; aches and pains of both upper and lower limb and Chronic pain management.
